Packing A Nutritional Punch

- 1 packet of a protein shake powder of your choice (I think vanilla would go best with this recipe)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- A handful of chia seeds.
- Half a cup of blueberries.
- Half a cup of almond milk.
- Half a cup of coconut water.
Mix up all the above in your smoothie maker and away you go. I think this smoothie would make an ideal start to the day and help keep your energy levels high for whatever the day throws at you.
